LLLTs and attorneys will conduct interactive, in-person workshops. Topics include but are not limited to:
- How to Start a Matter
- How to End a Matter
- Motion Hearings
- Restraining Orders and Protection Orders
- Understanding Ex Parte procedure
- Parenting Plans
- Navigating Family Court
- Parenting Plans A to Z
At the conclusion of a workshop, the presenter(s) will be available to meet privately with those users who request a private coaching session.
Participants who desire to complete their own forms will have access to laptop computers or similar devices.
The staff that presents these workshops also will be able to respond to questions about circumstances or issues outside the workshop topic. This allows users to get their questions answered if a particular clinic topic does not apply to them or they are unable to attend a clinic when scheduled.
This is our current workshop model and it has been very effective. Participants rate our workshops as highly beneficial and extremely helpful.
